Generation Y

EPISODE 6: A New Generation of Leadership

Recently featured in the movie Rise Up, with such greats as the Dalai Lama, Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, and more, Peta Kelly is a leader on a mission. She believes in millennial power and the ability of their tribe to bring positive change to our planet that will benefit not just this generation, but many more to come. Billion dollar companies are beginning to sit up and take notice of the millennial tribe, realizing that if they are going to survive and thrive in the coming decades, they need to listen to what this bright, young generation has to say. They also need to make their workplace culture inviting to these creative minds who will change the face of business as we know it.

Kelly is building a global enterprise, Jeaniius, which she calls a “hub of nakedly brilliant people mobilized to create epic shit for our planet through conscious enterprises and magical collaborations.” When I heard about this Australian-born game-changer, I knew I had to have her on the show.
